Do I need an account to place an order?

You can place your order in your shopping cart without log in.

How can I change my personal information?

You can easily update your personal information in ‘Your Account’.

Help! I forgot my password. What now?

Don’t panic, it happens to the best! Because we find privacy important, we do not have insight to your current password. Click on 'Forgot password', enter your email address and we will send you a link to log in and to create your new password.

How to order?

You can place an order at Lips4ever.eu by clicking on all the desired items on the website and ‘Add to cart’ button. These items will appear in your shopping cart. You can then check your shopping cart at any time and make necessary changes. Once you are content with your order, click on the ‘Checkout’ button. After completing your required information, including payment information, click ‘Pay’ and you will be redirected to a secure page where you can make the payment. After that your order is completed.

When processing your order, Lips4ever.eu sends you an email confirming receipt of the order. The purchase and sales agreement is effective from the time of sending the confirmation email.

How can I pay?

All our payment options are available at checkout, here you have a choice of different payment options, including: ....... and Credit Card.

Please note all the prices stated for the products are inclusive of VAT. Delivery prices (if not free) are not included in the product price.

How does the delivery work?

You can expect delivery of your order within the period indicated on the website (within 2 working days in Poland if ordered on a working day). Access your order status and history by signing in to ’Your Account’.

Disclaimer: as we depend on  postal services, delivery time may be slightly longer due to unforeseen circumstances (such as increased traffic or holiday periods).

How to cancel or change an order?

After you completed your order, the products will be prepared for shipping.

Do you still want to change or cancel your order? Please be sure to inform us as soon as possible by e-mail: info@lips4ever.eu and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Any return and additional sending costs will be billed to you.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes, however since we are dealing with cosmetic products we must ensure highest quality and hygiene for our customers. Therefore, returns are possible under two conditions:

• The items may only be returned if they are unopened and unused. The seal cannot be damaged.

• You can return a product after you have made a return request within 14 days from receiving your purchase. The request should be send to info@lips4ever.eu

Please note Lips4ever.eu does not cover return costs, those are at your discretion.

We do not exchange any purchases. If you would rather receive a different product or color, please return your purchase (unopened and unused) and place a new order for desired products.

I received the wrong of damaged item. What should I do?

If you received wrong of damaged product, please retain the packaging and all contents, and contact us as soon as possible at e-mail: info@lips4ever.eu for assistance.

Please note: If you have complaints about your order, do not forget to mention your order number in your message.

Can you send me samples?

Regrettably, samples are not available for general distribution. If you are unsure about which products are right for you, we are happy to assist with expert recommendations and advice. Mail your questions at info@lips4ever.eu

Are the products tested on animals?

No. All Lipsense products are developed without animal testing. Our products are environmentally friendly, contain no animal by-products, are vegan and made from naturally occurring ingredients.
